Systemic Peak Performance Coach & NLP Trainer; Inner Resource & Possibility Developer; Communications Expert and OPTIMIST
With more than 20 years in the communications industry, with a smile on my face, I will tell you that communication and people are my passion. The first 10 years of my working life I spent in advertising, marketing and brand management – where I first got a feel of the power of artful communication. From there my journey led me to my first love – event management, both as an entrepreneur and working for multinationals such as the European Union and the United Nations. In event management, communication skills and systemic thinking are of paramount importance!
Approximately the same time I started learning about human psychology. How does our brain work? What happens inside of us when we communicate? How does that affect us at work, in life? How do we create our reality? How can we create a life we desire? Can we solve the challenges we have with communication? How can I help make work, home and the world a better place?
The more I learned about communication, the more aware I became of myself and others and the more hungry for knowledge I got. This is how my journey into the field of personal and professional development started. In the past years I have worked in more than 30 countries worldwide, with individuals and teams and I can proudly say that I have communicated with all nationalities in the world. Also, I can say with certainty that the core of our problems is lack of clear communication.
Today individuals and companies come to me when they want to learn communication skills, when they want to learn how to create high performance states on demand, when they want to improve their leadership capabilities, motivate and engage teams or foster team alignment, or when they want to learn how the brain works. I work with the structure, unconscious patterns, programs and systemic principles – aiming at helping and teaching my clients tools to continue without a coach. My systemic approach supports the growth of the individual and the overall organizational vitality in all kinds of systems.
